🏆 Finalist

AgriSense

Nepali farmers face severe challenges with crop planning, plant diseases, daily task coordination, and fair market access, often leading to low yields and financial instability due to a lack of real-time agricultural guidance.

Built AgriSense, a multi-platform (Next.js + Expo React Native) agricultural intelligence platform. Implemented AI-powered crop suggestions, Hangfire-scheduled daily briefings, AI vision-based disease diagnosis, and a peer-to-peer marketplace.

Selected as a Finalist at the Code for Impact Hackathon. Empowered farmers with actionable daily task automation, satellite field tracking, and direct marketplace access to consumers and vendors.

Built SathiCare, a dedicated women's health platform supporting period and pregnancy tracking, geolocation-based searches for the nearest clinics, and direct doctor guidance features.

ExamEase

Shipped an AI-powered exam prep platform using Semantic Kernel orchestrating OpenAI API — generating personalized study plans, adaptive scheduling, and a context-aware AI tutor that answered questions from the student's own uploaded notes.

Built SilentWords, an interactive sign language learning platform featuring real-time sign detection using computer vision, video-based step-by-step tutorials, personalized learning paths, and sign-to-text/speech conversion.

Built a full-stack platform that automated data collection from 50+ US-based summer camp websites using Python scrapers (BeautifulSoup + Selenium), structured the data into SQL Server, and served it through a filterable Angular frontend — live-deployed and demo-ready in under 48 hours.

How we win
in 48 hours

Winning hackathons is not about working harder — it is about working in the right order. The same five-phase discipline has carried us across five competitions and six top finishes, shipping live products in EdTech, healthcare, agriculture, and accessibility. Repeatable. Scalable. Proven under the clock.

  1. 0 – 2 hours

    Brief & Research

    Dissect the problem statement and find the real user pain underneath it. Validate the need, map edge cases, and define what a winning demo must prove — all before a single line of code. The two hours here save twelve downstream; the team that skips it loses in hour 36.

  2. 2 – 6 hours

    Architecture Sprint

    Lock the stack, define API contracts, and scaffold the repo and deploy pipeline. From scraping pipelines to AI orchestration with Semantic Kernel, the hard technical bets are made collectively here — so everyone builds against the same plan, not against each other.

  3. 6 – 24 hours

    Core Build

    Ship the critical path and nothing else — no gold-plating, no scope creep. Each engineer owns a vertical slice end to end, from database to UI. Integration happens continuously, so there is no big-bang merge waiting to break at hour 30.

  4. 24 – 40 hours

    Integration & Polish

    Wire every system together, harden error states, and run real performance checks under demo conditions. The whole squad reviews the experience as a judge would. If it would not survive a live demo, it gets fixed here — never improvised on stage.

  5. 40 – 48 hours

    Demo Engineering

    Story first, then the demo. We craft a narrative that lands the problem and the solution in under sixty seconds, then rehearse until it survives anything going wrong — dead Wi-Fi, a cold cache, a curveball question. The build wins the judging; the demo wins the room.
